IF THIS MACHINE IS NOT WHAT WAS DESCRIBED WHEN YOU COME PICK IT UP OR WHEN IT IS DELIVERED, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE MACHINE (DELIVERY COSTS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE MACHINE BACK TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS WHEN IT LEFT).

All items must be shipped, picked up, or removed within 14 days of the end of auction
(unless pre-approved via email).  Items left after this time will be subject to a per day storage fee.  The buyer will
forfeit the item

from the sale of the item, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Without notice, items are subject to relisting immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. If you have reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
Waiver of Liability
Caution must be used around generators as they are dangerous and can cause injury or death.  This unit is to be installed and repaired only by a licensed electrician.  In the event myself or someone else is injured or killed by this generator D & B Construction Equipment Inc. will not be held liable as it is the undersigned’s responsibility; as the owner of the generator, to ensure the safety of myself and others.
