It features a powerful 1 1/2 hp motor to withstand the rigors of hard, daily use, and for maximum convenience, it comes with various accessories to maximize your meat processing capabilities.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
Built to out-perform all others in its class, this meat grinder is comprised of durable, high quality stainless steel to combat rust and corrosion. Plus, stainless steel is a snap to clean, so you'll have no trouble wiping it down at the end of a busy shift.
Gear-Driven
This meat grinder features a gear-driven body for outstanding processing of up to 540 lb. of meat per hour, while a direct drive transmission ensures consistent grinding speeds.
Helpful Accessories
A replacement knife, gasket, 1/4" grinder plate, and 5/16" grinder plate are all included so you can keep your unit operating at peak performance.
Sausage Tube/Stuffer
A sausage tube/stuffer allows you to create long links of delicious sausage to sell or cook at your facility. The sausage stuffer tube is 5/8" in diameter.
Stainless Steel Feed Tray
The stainless steel feed tray holds large quantities of meat at once. Using the pusher, you can force feed the product down the chute to be ground.
Non-Skid Feet
Convenient, non-skid feet ensure stability on the countertop so you can continuously pump out ground meats without the unit sliding around.
Carrying Handle
A sturdy, stainless steel handle is attached to the top of the unit for easy transportation.

I'm concerned that the plates and knives I have won't work with this hub. Is there a way I can be sure they will fit?
Measure the square hole in your plate or knife. A standard #12 hub fits plates and knives with a 9/16" square hole, while a standard #22 hub fits plates and knives with a 3/4" square hole.
