    This is now our new favorite seasoning.  The bag says smoked links but we have also used it for breakfast sausage.  It is amazingly good.
    If you like black pepper this is a must have for home made sausage.  Use it for 50 lbs of sausage or mix it with your other sausage seasonings.

    Blend # 210.
    Each 17 oz pack will season 25 lbs of meat.  Use what you need and save the remainder for next time.  Easy recipe.  Just add venison, pork, beef, elk or your favorite wild game meat.  Each pack also includes 1 pack of meat cure to blend into each pack of seasoning before applying to meat.
