This cartridge features a 5 step filtration process, including prefiltration, carbonate hardness adjustment, fine filtration, carbon block, and a solid membrane filter, which all work together to dramatically reduce unpleasant odors and tastes as well sediments and scale that could damage the inner components of your machine. It boasts a 1585-1900 gallon capacity with a 116 PSI maximum pressure requirement, and to ensure that small contaminants can't slip through the filter, this cartridge has a micron rating of 5 and a maximum flow rate of 1 GPM.
Additionally, the filter head is constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant material and comes with a 3/8" BSP connection. Its bypass settings are adjustable between 7 different positions and are located on the front of the head for easy access. It also comes with a built-in flush port, automatic shutoff, and both flow and backflow restrictors for safe, efficient operation.
This system can be installed and operated horizontally or vertically, depending on available space. It comes with a mounting bracket, 10cm 3/8" x 1/2" flexible hose, and water test kit for optimum convenience.
