reversible, with 1 flat edge, grinder plate fitting #22 grinders.  The plate has 3/8" holes and 1 edge that is cut flat, if laying on a table the side is cut flat.
the 3/8" size hole is typically used for first grind chili
***butcher boy grinders #12 and #22 can take either a 1 flat or a 2 flat plate.  The 2 flat will work to replace a 1 flat but the 1 flat will not work to replace a 2 flat edge plate.  Please be sure to look at your existing plate to be sure you are geting the correct style.***
