Extra large
packs of natural fresh hog casings for sausage links. Perfect for smoked links, Italian, Bratwurst, Jalapeno, Polish, Kielbasa, Hot Links, Mexican chorizo and many other recipes. The casings are longer than others and that means less work. For best results use a 3/4" dia. stuffing tube with these casings.
Each pack is enough for 600 3-oz links. Total capacity per hank is
100+ lbs. Clean
and preserved in fresh salt brine.
Rinse and use.
Just
add your favorite seasoned meat. Keep stored in cool place for up to 2 years after opening. This size casing is 1.25-1.50 inches in diameter. Use a 3/4" stuffing tube for best results.
