and packed in fresh salt brine.  Rinse in fresh water and get started making your favorite homemade link sausages.  Just add your favorite seasoned meat.  Keep stored in cool place for up to 2 years after opening.  This size casing is 1.25-1.50 inches in diameter.  Use a 3/4" stuffing tube for best results.
