    Description

    Vintage Simplicity pattern for Barbie, Babs, Mitzi, Annette, Polly Jr, Kay, Tina, Midge and other 11 1/2" dolls from the 60s, # 6208.  View #1 pieces are missing, that is the long white dress on envelope, also fron of view 3, but probably can use back to fashion front with a little alteration. Envelope has wear and damage around flap particularly.  See pictures for condition.
