nice example of the type. some of the original grey paint present. the jaws themselves appear to be brass. stamped 12 31 63 on the bottom of the barrel. all moving parts move. goes smoothly from max opening to shut. I have done no lube, work or other restoration on this tool it is just as I found it. seepics for condition and suitability. ask questions as need and as always thanx for looking.
